Based on what we find, we recommend the most appropriate path forward. This may involve improving the existing application, completing unfinished work, rebuilding certain parts, or moving to a more suitable foundation.
You receive clear recommendations and supporting documentation to help you make an informed decision. If you choose to proceed with CSB Tech, we can then prepare a separate proposal for the recommended development work.

Existing deployment review, where applicable
Architecture, performance, and security assessment
Infrastructure and deployment-readiness review, where applicable

Phase 2: Application Improvements & Production Readiness
Based on Phase 1 findings, the recommended improvements are scoped, approved, and completed as a separate engagement.
May Include:
Completing unfinished features and workflows
Improving or replacing unreliable parts of the application
Backend and database development
Security, performance, and reliability improvements
Third-party integrations and deployment preparation
Rebuilding selected parts when necessary
Phase 3: Launch & Deployment Support
Optional, but strongly recommended for public deployments and live releases.
Includes:
Deployment and release guidance
Beta or staged rollout support
Pre-launch compliance and risk review
Initial post-launch monitoring window
Ongoing Support (Optional)
Production applications, whether web or mobile, are systems, not one-time deliverables.
Stability is maintained through structured monitoring, controlled iteration, and documented change management.

What to Expect from the Application Assessment
Once your request is submitted, we follow a structured review process to understand what you have, identify any concerns, and determine the best path forward.
1. Intake & Discovery Call After submitting the assessment request form, you may schedule a short discovery call to confirm fit and discuss the current state of your application or prototype.
2. Application Assessment If the project is a suitable fit for the service, the paid Application Assessment begins.
Depending on what already exists, we review the application or prototype, available source files, current setup, security, reliability, integrations, and other factors that may affect its continued development or real-world use.
3. Findings & Recommendations You receive a structured assessment report, a readiness scorecard, and clear recommendations that outline the current state of the application and the best path forward.
Depending on what we find, we may recommend improving what already exists, completing unfinished work, replacing unsuitable components, or rebuilding selected parts. If you choose to proceed with CSB Tech, the recommended development work is scoped separately.
